Josh and Nicole House took their 20+ years of fine dining cooking experience and distilled it into opening Pickles and Bones Barbecue in 2015. Starting in a beat-up 8’x12′ food trailer they focused on the old-school all-wood cooking technique that made them fall in love with barbecue. Combing their high-quality, authentic barbecue with house-made sides, sauces, and desserts they quickly became a neighborhood favorite and regional destination. They have grown their tiny trailer into a brick-and-mortar carryout and catering business focused on providing high-quality food and superior customer service to their local community. They recently opened their second restaurant, All Hail The Biscuit, after operating as a successful pop-up out of Pickles and Bones. Whether is it barbecue or biscuits they constantly strive to create the best version of whatever they are preparing and look forward to cooking for you at the Rock N’ Ribs Music & BBQ Fest in Hilton Head.
