Coligny Merchants

Rock N Ribs Music and BBQ Festival is back at Coligny Plaza on October 19-22, 2023! This year includes 4 days of events, both ticketed and free to the public, involving BBQ, music, drinks, and shopping. The festival promises to attract thousands of local and regional participants to the plaza. While you can view the full schedule of events here, we wanted to highlight the specific events and opportunities for Coligny merchants to participate in and benefit from.

Your participation in these events will result in your business being highlighted in frequent Coligny/Rock N Ribs email newsletters, website, and social media throughout the promotional period and beyond.

Pre-Q Shopping and Dining:
Thursday, 10/19 starting at 4pm: Featuring deals on festival fashions and highlighting BBQ dishes all across Coligny Plaza. This event is FREE and open to the public. Shopping deals will be featured from 4-6pm, with music, food, and drink features from 6pm-until.

To Participate: Fill out the Pre-Q form on this page with your information and an item, offer, or discount you would like to highlight. Please include an offer graphic or photo of the item if possible.

VIP Gift Bags:
Include your business’s products, offer, or discount in gift bags distributed to 300+ high-earning & motivated purchasers in the Hilton Head, and surrounding, communities. Please consider perishableness and expirations for any product samples prior to commitment.

To Participate: Fill out the Gift Bag form on this page and include information about the item or offer you would like to include in the gift bag. We will not be accepting general advertisements without an offer or discount. Any printed offers or coupons must be on sturdy cardstock of professional quality. Items must be delivered to Coligny’s Management Office no later than October 1, 2023.

Leftover Ribs Afterparty:
Saturday, 10/21 at 5pm-until: As soon as the last note is played at the Grand Tasting, local musicians will take the stage at venues across Coligny with drink and dining deals. Last year saw hundreds of festival attendees remain in the plaza until late into the evening.

To Participate: Fill out the Leftover Ribs form on this page and include the band’s name and any food/drink features you wish to promote. If you would like assistance in booking a band, please specify in your response. We will assist you in any way we can.

Discount Merchant Tickets:
We are releasing a limited number of discount tickets to Rock N Ribs Grand Tasting. Purchase your VIP or General Admission tickets before August 1st, and use code colmerch50 at checkout for $50 off. This is a limited release for Coligny merchants ONLY and is limited to 4 uses per purchase. Please do not share this code with anyone else as it WILL prevent other merchants from being able to redeem the offer.
